when it is close to ready.
130 F. to 140 degrees will be the final inside
temp. of the meat.
The last flip of the rack, pour the last
of the marinade.
Close the lid and cook for about 5-7 more
minutes.
Total grill time is 30 to 40 minutes.
8 smooth cuts provides 9 petite chops that
are succulent and quite filling.
I suggest serving 2 per plate.
